PriceTec Product Services Ltd. (“PriceTec”) is a privately-owned Maltese company which offers pricing comparison services for Structured Products.
Founded in 2017 with its headquarters in Floriana, Malta, PriceTec‘s clients include exclusively Institutional Firms such as Wealth Management companies, medium sized Private Banks and Family Offices.
Thanks to its deep connections with the largest Tier 1 Investment Banks, PriceTec allows its customers to obtain the best pricing conditions for the Structured Products they have already selected.

Structured Products
- Financial Products are investment products whose repayment value derives from the development of one or several underlying assets. They are created by wrapping together in a security format traditional investments, such as bond or deposits, with financial derivatives.
- A suitable product can be created for virtually every derivative strategy, market expectation (growing, sideways-moving, sinking) and risk profile (conservative, balanced, aggressive).
- Most widely used are products with full or partial capital protection, as well as those with optimum risk-yield ratios.
- Legally, structured products are obligations whose repayment is guaranteed by the issuer, making the credit rating of the debtor (issuer) one of the very important risk indicators.

- Financial Engineer at HSBC Global Market (Hong Kong) in 2007—2008, part of the Fund Derivatives Product desk, servicing the needs of Asian and International Private Banks, Asset Managers, Pension Funds and Insurance companies.
- Consultant at HSBC Private Bank (Switzerland) in 2006, detached on the Swiss Structured Products desk, bringing the expertise and the capabilities of the Investment Bank at the heart of the Group‘s Private Banking division.
- Senior Sales at HSBC Global Market (United Kingdom) from 2002—2006, pricing and selling Interest Rates exotic Derivatives and Products to European Private Banks and Asset Management Companies.

Mr. Combeleran is registered at the HKMA (Hong Kong, 2008) and at the FSA (United Kingdom, 2002); he holds a Postgraduate in Finance from Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) as well as a Master Degree in Finance from Toulouse University (France).
